I'm very clean, i'm not nosey, i don't use very much electricity, except to charge my laptop. I'm fairly quiet, and i mind my own business.
I can room with pretty much anyone, i have a high tolerance for people.
My max rent is $250 now. It could get higher in the future, but i doubt it. I don't need a lot of space. I do go to school online, so i'll be home during the day, when i'm not at work. I do not have a problem with authority, or rules. I'm pretty straight edge. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or have sex. I buy my own food, ect.
