Roommate Situation: My headline says it. To elaborate: I will be selling Health and Life insurance part time while in school. I play classical guitar and jazz piano (electrric keyboard, don't worry, I have headphones and won't keep you up at night.) I'm finishing the second degree of my double Major in computer science. My first degree was a music degree. The master's program I'm applying to is the computer science program.) Will need steady place to live for the next 3 to 3 1/2 years (shorter time lengths is fine too). I can handle a roomate that does a little partying as long as it doesn't go into the wee hours of the morning. I'm clean, easy to get along with, straight, want to finish school ASAP before anymore of my life slips away in order to avoid having to sell health and life insurance in Mississippi for the rest of my life. I also do a little charity work helping under-privileged Americans get free prescription drugs, free medical equipment (including diabetics), and I know how to get your energy (water, light, butane, firewood, etc.) bills paid for. Qualifications are higher than you think for these things. I will probably be using the practice rooms at Southern if I need to rehearse later in the evening. I'd rather play a real piano than an electric keyboard any day of the week. No pets, please. I weight 140 lbs and am white with dark hair. I don't know what else to put in this description.
