| Roommate Situation: I’m a 23 year-old male, college grad, and am employed full-time. I'll be moving to Atlanta in the middle of July, where I'll be workinghe airport, so prefer a place not too far from there. I'm looking for something North or East of the airport, preferably in Emory/ Decatur/ Midtown/ Buckhead/ etc, that is also somewhat close to a fun night life. Since early April, I've been in training with my job down in Brunswick, GA, so I am available on weekends to come to Atlanta to meet and look at a place. I'll be done with training on July 22nd and it would be great to have a place to call home when I get to Atlanta.
I am down to earth/ honest/ clean/ responsible/ fun-loving/ outgoing/ hate drama and am looking for someone with similar qualities, preferably around my age, and who has a steady pay check. I don’t smoke, so I'd prefer to be in a place that is smoke free, at least indoors. And no pets or kids please. I'm looking at between $400-700 a month, including utilities, wireless internet, washer/ dryer. That’s a flexible price for the right place.
And a little more personal glimpse about me: I can’t wait until football season. I'm a huge Indianapolis Colts and Kentucky Wildcats fan. I like going out and am a social drinker. I like playing cards. I’d like to get back into an intramural volleyball league, all we did back home was sand volleyball. All in all, I’m easy going and keep a pretty open mind, so not too hard to get along with.
I'm open to move to a place that you already have or find one together and I would be willing to discuss a lease starting in early July or later. I'm a cook, and my parents saw fit to shelter me as long as the could-- so there are things i'm doing on my own to better myself as a person (school, license etc).
I enjoy drawing, listening to music, and cooking.
I'm a pretty clean person and wouldnt mind taking care of that particular aspect in the live-space (given that the conditions are reasonable).
Everything is a work-in-progress as far as money goes. So im hoping that in the future, I can find a place to live!
