About the place:
The maximum rent that I can pay is 500 sus utilities included (Electricity, Water, Trash pickup)
The place should have: Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Parking.
I am looking for a private room and bathroom.
Date to move it could be between August-September 2008.
I am looking for a long-term arrengement, hopefully a year or more.
