New employment has me relocating to the area in Jan 2010. I am looking to find a room to rent for an extended stay. I have very good credit. I am extremely quiet, clean, and organized. I hold myself to a very high standard for both character and personal hygiene. I am very flexible and tolerant of most people; live and let live is my motto. I am open to personal interview requests and background checks if necessary. I encourage any questions and my pictures are available upon request.
-I do not smoke
-I have no pets
-Seldom drink (glass of wine in the evenings now and then)
-I am a professional working M-F from early morning until early evening.

| Roommate Situation: will be starting a new job in Vienna in October, and another arrangement where I was supposed to move this month caved. Thanks CL...
Anyway, I'm 23, graduated UVA with a Bachelors in Architecture, and I am a freelance web/graphic designer, so the room should be large enough for all the basic bedroom amenities plus an art desk and a clear wall to bang my head on when clients drive me up the... well, the wall. I am also a nanny right now, and the bottom line is I need to move out of my employer's windowless basement. After 2 years, its old. :)
I'm non-smoking, clean and studious. I enjoy happy hour, football (and futbol!), Caps hockey, live music, paintball, Beatles Rock Band, cooking and basically being an all-around goof. I can afford as much as $700/mohe moment and will be starting a new job in Vienna in January. Pets are no problem. I would like for my potential roommate to be fun-loving, hygienic, and not be the stand-offish type. If we're living together, we should interact.
PS, I should mention that I am in a stable relationship and plan to continue to stay in one, and would request that any potential male roommate be in one as well to reduce drama.
