My name is Aaron a little about myself, I am a 23yo gay male. Recently got out of the military with an Honorable Discharge and I now work for a development group here in DC. It is a very stable salary based job that I will be keeping while I get back into school sometime soon. I live in Southern MD and I drive to work everyday. With the price of gas and metro fees, my money is draining faster than ever. I am very clean and keep to myself I am a friendly happy go lucky kind of guy. I have no furniture and if the room comes furnished great, if not that is not a problem either. I am currently in the process of cleaning up my credit (military frugal spending) and was hoping that my job would be enough to secure the room. With all the money I am putting into gas each week I don’t know if I would be able to do a security deposit. I wanted to be up front about it now. I've spent a lot of the last four years in dorms or shared apartments, so I can manage getting along with others. I'll probably lead a busy life... of studying. Depending on how things turn out, that means I might either often behe library or at wherever I end up living most of the time. Oh and I don't drink or smoke. I don't have anything against people who enjoy it, though. Also I don't mind noise at reasonable times and even late night band practice can be dealt with... I might even join the jam if you let me.
