| Roommate Situation: The apartment has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom and I am looking for room-mates to help me sign the lease ($2,500 total). It is in front of the Greenwich town hall. The rent includes heat & hot water, and we would split all other utilities.
I fell in love with the place at fist sight and anybody would too. Neat and big would describe it right. Probably one of the best deal in town.
+ All rooms are very spacious, sunny and feature full size closet.
+ More closets in common area just in case :)
+ One of the room has it's own bathroom and the second bathroom is in the common area.
+ Living room is pretty big.
+ Small private balcony
+ Laundry facility in the building.
+ Unfurnished
+ Outside parking for 20/months and garage for 40/month
+ 1month + 1&1/2 month security to move in
I'm planning on moving in there on December 1st but would sign with you earlier if there's an urgency.
