| Roommate Situation: I am looking to rent out the entire basement level of my newly built three level townhome located just off the I-95 at MD-175. Easy access to downtown Baltimore, DC, Rt. 100, and 295, as well as UMBC and BWI Airport. Also close to A LOT of really great shopping including Arundel Mills and Columbia Malls. ;)
The basement level includes what would be your private bedroom, your private living room [already furnished with coffee/end tables & an entertainment center (all from Pottery Barn - which can stay or be removed as needed), and your private full bath; all accessible via a private entry/exit to/from the townhome. I'm hoping to rent to another young professional such as myself who is quiet, clean, responsible, courteous/respectful, AND who can obviously handle the rent...on time. I do not mind a smoker, but it would have to be kept outside, which would be easy with the private entry/exit anyway that's right off of the basement level. As mentioned, I am a working professional as well (9-5) with a very sweet 5-year old little girl. There is no need to worry, I'm not just saying that, she really is sweet! EVERYONE else loves her, too. She really is VERY well behaved [I'm so lucky! :0) ], and just all around adorable. And that's about the best way I can describe the both of us.
